Our nation holds the largest proven oil reserves in the world, alongside immense natural riches: gold, bauxite, copper, aluminum, uranium, and coltan. To this, we add the potential of renewable energies, which today represent the future of a cleaner, more efficient, and sustainable planet.
Venezuela is situated at a strategic point in global geopolitics. Through Lake Maracaibo, we have direct access to the Caribbean Sea, and from there to the Atlantic Ocean. This makes us a natural hub for the international commercialization and transport of energy and mineral resources. We are a privileged territory for global exchange, connected to a vast, infinite sea full of opportunities.
Today, oil remains the primary energy source moving the world, while renewable energies advance to ensure energy security and environmental balance. In this transition, Venezuela can offer the world not only oil but also strategic resources for the new energy era—always managed with vision, responsibility, and social justice.
Our Vision is Clear:
Venezuela’s resources must be for the people and by the people.
We believe in a new political era based on constitutional balance, with a Legislative Assembly that legislates in favor of the people, and a presidential leadership that understands that Venezuela is, by nature, an energy powerhouse—a country of business and opportunities, free from oppression.
As our National Anthem says: “Abajo cadenas” (Down with the chains). No more oppression. No more backwardness. No more exclusion.
The Venezuelan people, democratically united, are moving toward the transition of a free world, full of positive energy, economic expectations, social development, and cultural richness.
A Land of Divine Creation
Our geography is as vast as it is beautiful. Venezuela possesses unique territories for ecological, spiritual, and high-end tourism, designed by divine creation for those seeking to connect with the greatness of the Almighty. God created Venezuela as a perfect work, filled with light, water, jungles, coasts, and mountains.
Today, there is a transition. Today, there is a new beginning. Today, hope is reborn.
Venezuela is the territory of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We are blessed with an oil production that, if well-managed, could reach up to 6 million barrels per day, and with mineral reserves capable of driving national development for generations. Experts will define the pace and methods of extraction, always under technical, environmental, and human criteria.
Beyond Extraction: A Human Proposal
Our proposal goes beyond the mere extraction of resources:
- University Partnerships: Agreements with global universities to train engineers, scientists, doctors, and business strategists.
- Democratic Alliances: Partnerships with democratic governments to train the Venezuelan workforce.
- Integral Development: Ensuring the well-being, dignity, and progress of the people.
Venezuela is a nation that was not broken. It lived through one of the most painful stages of contemporary history: scarcity, oppression, persecution, and the largest migration in the hemisphere during the 21st century. But we remain standing.
One America
We are America. A single America made up of many nations, where Venezuela represents the energy heart of Latin America and the continent.
From Cabo San Román, the northernmost point of South America, to the Caribbean waters that connect with Florida, we are united by a sea that links cultures, economies, and dreams. The Venezuelan Caribbean is pure, virgin, and strategic, ready for tourism and commercial development with responsible capital from around the world.
The United States of America and Venezuela are called to rebuild commercial ties, especially in the energy sector, for the shared prosperity of a strong, stable, and prosperous Caribbean.
May the blessed hand of God guide this new era. May the oath taken upon the supreme law, the Bible, be fulfilled for the people and by the people, in the glorious name of Jesus Christ.
