S Revista and CVI.CHE 105 Announce Strategic Expansion to Puerto Rico with an Exclusive Philanthropic Gala in Miami

In a night where haute cuisine and social purpose intertwined, S Revista and the renowned restaurant CVI.CHE 105 celebrated a historic milestone: the official announcement of their expansion into Puerto Rico. The event, an intimate dinner held at the Coral Gables establishment, served as the backdrop to present S Revista’s “Special Puerto Rico Edition,” featuring Hollywood star Roselyn Sánchez on the cover.

The evening not only celebrated editorial growth but also marked the beginning of a new chapter for Chef Juan Chipoco. during the program, the Peruvian entrepreneur revealed his ambitious expansion plans, which include an upcoming opening at Sawgrass Mills, followed by Atlanta, and culminating with the highly anticipated arrival of CVI.CHE 105 in the “Isle of Enchantment” in 2027.

A Signature Sensory Experience

The experience began with an organic red carpet designed by architect and florist Xuan Florez. Personalities such as Sissi Fleitas, Bárbara Serrano, Yaima Ortiz, and Neida Sandoval gathered to enjoy a menu personally curated by Chipoco. The dinner’s highlight was a signature mofongo, created as a gastronomic tribute to Puerto Rico, symbolizing the union of Peruvian and Boricua cultures.

Social Commitment and Future Vision

Beyond the business celebration, the night featured an unprecedented charitable undertone. For the first time, S Revista integrated a philanthropic component by allocating a portion of the funds raised to the Juan Chipoco Foundation.

“This initiative lays the groundwork for our future intentions: that our events not only celebrate culture and lifestyle but also generate a positive and tangible impact on the communities that inspire us,” expressed the founders of S Revista, confirming that fundraising will be a pillar of their event model starting in 2026.

Although Roselyn Sánchez could not be physically present, her endorsement of the edition dedicated to Boricua talent and identity reaffirmed the spirit of cultural connection that both brands seek to enhance upon their arrival in the Caribbean.
