Guaynaa Crowned King as Kiwanis Club of Little Havana Unveils Carnaval Miami 2026

MIAMI – February 10, 2026 – The pulse of South Florida is quickening as the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana officially announced the lineup for Carnaval Miami 2026. This year’s celebration promises to be a historic fusion of tradition and modern global influence, headlined by the appointment of Cuban-Puerto Rican urban sensation Guaynaa as the King of Carnaval.

The announcement, made at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, also introduced the official 2026 poster, titled “Llegamos Bailando,” created by acclaimed Nicaraguan-American artist María Fernanda Vogel.

A Cultural and Economic Powerhouse

More than just a party, Carnaval Miami is the primary fundraiser for the Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation. Generating an estimated $40 million economic impact, the festival supports vital youth development programs, ranging from college scholarships to summer camps.

“Carnaval Miami is deeply rooted in the heart of our community,” stated Kiwanis President Thomas Falcon. “We are thrilled to welcome Guaynaa and María Fernanda Vogel to our legacy. This festival brings together families and visitors to honor the creativity and vibrant culture that unites us.”
